Barre SculptA ballet inspired total body fitness class using light weights or resistance bands. This class will help lengthen, strength, and tone while helping increase flexibility and endurance.
Cardio BarreBarre is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. The classes blend cardio, strength, flexibility, balance and core conditioning in a total body workout that targets the hips, glutes, abs, and arms.
Kickbox and Core!This class starts with 20 minutes of cardio kickboxing, martial arts techniques combined with fast-paced cardio. Class ends with 20 minutes of core-focused moves designed to target all 360 degrees of your core, from pelvic floor to obliques to the back!
Flow YogaThis class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and breath.
Total Body Toning
This class involves lifting medium to heavy weights to increase muscular strength and endurance in a way that prepares your body for the activities of daily life
Floor BarreA no-impact workout that is 100% on the mat, this class will engage and strengthen the small and deep muscles of your body with focused movements, while also helping to improve postural alignment and flexibility.
What a wonderful studio and supportive environment! My first class left me wanting to come more! Vanessa is so accepting of all fitness levels and makes everyone feel accepted and valued in the studio and online. I can’t wait to come back again! Her classes are affordable and there is a great variety of classes to peak anyones interest! Highly recommend!
Vanessa was a godsend during my second pregnancy! She was able to keep me feeling great throughout my pregnancy with her prenatal-safe workout videos. Not only were they difficult (in an effective and empowering way), they were really fun! She had modifications to accommodate all 3 trimesters, which I really appreciated. I feel so much stronger and confident this time around, and I think Vanessa's program had a lot to do with it. I am already excited to do her post-natal workout program! - Sarah

"Vanessa is just an all-around excellent fitness instructor. She combines her expertise from different disciplines, ranging from barre, kickboxing, and yoga, to create fun yet challenging workouts. She provides plenty of cueing and modifications, which is helpful for those who just started their fitness journey, and for those with experience who have days when they don't feel as connected to their bodies.
